Specialist Help for Problem Behaviours
We don’t offer gimmicks or quick fixes — we work directly with you to resolve genuine behaviour problems using proven, welfare-focused methods. Common challenges we address in Plymouth include:
- Chasing livestock, deer, or cars
- Poor or unreliable recall
- Livestock worrying or attacking
- Obedience issues and over-excitement
- Lead pulling and lack of focus
- Responsible use of e-collars (ethical and professional)
Livestock Worrying & Predatory Behaviour in Plymouth
With Dartmoor and rural farmland just outside the city, encounters with livestock are common for Plymouth dog owners. Dogs that chase or attack sheep can cause devastating harm — and owners face serious consequences. We provide expert training for dogs with high prey drive or a history of chasing behaviour.
Whether your dog has:
- Already chased or harmed livestock
- Obsessive behaviour around movement or scent
- Come from a rescue or working background
- Struggled to stay focused in distracting environments
We help you build control and confidence — providing structure, clarity, and safe freedom for your dog.
Recall Training & Off-Lead Control
Reliable recall isn’t about luck or bribery with treats — it’s about trust, clarity, and training proofed in real-life situations. If your dog runs off, ignores you around distractions, or can’t be trusted off-lead, our structured recall training can change everything.
We also offer professional, ethical e-collar training, giving owners the ability to create safe, dependable freedom for their dogs. Every session is delivered 1-to-1 with full support for you as the handler.
